A program that is designed to expedite the training of newly recruited employees at Philip Morris, an Altria Group company. In addition to an intense use of a variety of videos and animations, this application also includes various sales simulations. A 4-day orientation training has been contracted to only 4 hours with the help of this application which is presented both in CD format and DVD format. Through the support of this program, not only the training standards have been satisfied but also the employees are targeted for a strong corporate image at first-sight of the newly recruited employees, with high quality visuals.
